How many people will be on the events?
The dinner parties will be small, not more than 8 guests, and typically will have less than that. Our goal is to send a group of 6-8 men on each dinner event, though the dinners currently tend to average at about 4-6 guests.

When are the dinners held?
Dinners will usually be held on weekends, but some dinners will also be hosted on weeknights.

Is this a matchmaking service?
No. Despite being for singles-only, we do not match men up for one-on-one encounters. We attempt to balance each dining event to ensure that the attendees are well suited to sharing an intimate dinner with one another.

Will I feel uncomfortable at such an intimate event with men I don't know?
No. At each dinner a Connect Me Advantage™ Host will introduce you to the other Members of your dinner party, provide you with a complimentary drink and help to get the conversation flowing.

What if I really liked someone on the event?
Should there be a special someone with whom you did not get a chance to exchange contact information but who you would like to see again, we will be happy to contact him on your behalf!

Can I join if I have dietary restrictions?
We will likely be able to accommodate you. Please indicate your dietary specifications in the "Comments" box in the Advantage member profile once you have signed up. If we feel your restrictions are too severe for us to accommodate, we will let you know, but it shouldn't be a problem!

Does Urban Outings share my personal profile with other Members?
As a Connect Me Advantage™ Member you will fill out a personal profile. Personal profiles are held in confidence by the Urban Outings staff and used exclusively to create groups of compatible individuals. Profiles are never shared with other members.
