From evenings spent playing board games or dicing ingredients at cooking classes, to afternoons of volleyball or going horseback riding, Urban Outings members became part of a substantially more fulfilling social niche within New York’s gay community. As members enjoyed meeting new people and participating in events, they spread the word about Brian’s vision and their enthusiasm for the club. And due to this invaluable support from our members, Urban Outings grew into an enriching social resource, offering members everything from new hobbies, to new friends, to romance.

Since its inception in 2001, thousands of men have become Urban Outings members. Although the size of the club has increased tremendously since its earliest days, Brian’s original vision of community and connection remains a hallmark of the Urban Outings member experience. Even as Urban Outings grows, the club maintains its welcoming, friendly “small town” sense of community. Under Brian’s continued guidance, Urban Outings offers exciting new event offerings and travel, combined with increasingly enhanced member benefits and Connect Me Advantage™, the premier group dinner date club specifically for single men. We are so excited to see the vision of Urban Outings community, bonding, and meaningful experiences become a reality for our members, everyday.
